Axiomatic Financial publishes cryptographic close certificates anyone can verify
Six months of sealed closes on TripleBooks — with live third-entry coverage anyone can check without an account.
Axiomatic Financial, Inc. today published cryptographic close certificates for 6 consecutive monthly accounting periods (February 2026 through July 2026). Anyone can confirm that the company's ledger was not changed after each close and see what share of each period is anchored to external evidence, such as bank feeds. Each certificate discloses only the figures a company chooses to publish. Axiomatic discloses total assets and nothing else — revenue, cash, and transaction detail stay private.
The point is not transparency for its own sake. It is a pre-diligence signal: lenders, acquirers evaluating a business sale, and investment funds considering a check can assess whether the closed books are intact and well-evidenced before investing in a full data room. Today, those parties largely take management's word or open the books. There has been little in between.
Each certificate locks the state of the books at close and links to the certificate before it. Change a closed period, and every later check fails. Verification takes milliseconds and requires no account, permission, or cooperation from Axiomatic.
Alongside integrity, each certificate reports third-entry coverage: the share of in-scope posted journal entries bound to a source outside the company's control, such as a bank feed, an independent data provider, an on-chain record, or a confirmation from the other party to the transaction. Manual assertions do not count toward coverage. In the most recent sealed GAAP period (July 2026), 119 of 134 in-scope entries were source-anchored, or 88.8%. Coverage is a measure of evidence, not a claim that the underlying economics are correct.
“Due diligence is expensive because you have to open everything to learn whether you should have opened anything,” said Matthew Rosendin, Founder and CEO of Axiomatic Financial. “We wanted a prior step — prove the closes are intact, show how much of the book is tied to real sources, and let the other side decide if a deeper look is worth it. We ran that on ourselves for six months before asking anyone else to.”
Companies using TripleBooks, Axiomatic's agentic finance platform, can issue the same seals and display a “Period sealed on TripleBooks” badge on their site. Visitors click through and verify independently.
Axiomatic's latest public showcase figure is $93,285.79 in total assets for July 2026. That number comes from the sealed certificate — not a static press fact.
