Careers/Go-to-market

Independent sales representative

Commission-only. Close software and managed bookkeeping, keep a fat share of first-year revenue, and stack Enterprise deals without a ceiling.

  • Remote (United States)
  • Independent contractor
  • Uncapped commission

The payout

This is commission only: no base, no draw, no cap. You eat what you kill, and the split is built to be worth it.

  • 30% of first-year software contract value on Core and Growth (plan fees plus usage the customer actually pays)
  • 40% of first-year software contract value on Enterprise
  • 20% of managed bookkeeping fees for the first twelve months of each engagement you originate
  • Paid in cash as the customer pays — monthly collections, not a promise at year-end
  • Uncapped. Close ten Enterprise logos and you keep ten Enterprise checks

What a real close can pay

Growth is $450/mo. An annual Growth close is $5,400 of software — 30% is $1,620 on that one customer in year one. Add a $499/mo bookkeeping package and you take another ~$1,200 over twelve months.

Enterprise starts at $2,000/mo and typical contracts run $2k–12k/mo. A $6,000/mo Enterprise year is $72,000 of software — 40% is $28,800 on that one deal. Pair it with a $2,000/mo close package and you add $4,800 more in year-one residuals.

A handful of those stacks is six figures. There is no salary band in the way.

What you sell

  • TripleBooks software: Core, Growth, and Enterprise — live books, AR/AP, payroll, and Luca on one ledger
  • Managed bookkeeping packages that sit on the same workspace
  • Operators, multi-entity groups, and firms that want verifiable closes instead of another spreadsheet handoff

How you work

You run your own pipeline. We give you product, pricing, a demo environment, and founder backup on late-stage Enterprise. You own the relationship through close.

  • Independent contractor, United States
  • Remote; travel for a close is on you unless we agree otherwise in writing
  • You invoice after collections hit — we pay on the same cadence the customer pays us

Who thrives here

  • People who have closed B2B software, accounting, payroll, or adjacent finance tools
  • Hunters who prefer a huge variable check over a safe base
  • Operators who can talk close, AR/AP, and payroll without a slide reciting the pitch
  • Anyone who already has a book of growing companies and wants a product that pays for the introduction

Apply

Send a short note on the deals you have closed (software, accounting, or adjacent), your network, and how you would open a TripleBooks conversation. Include numbers.
